About Us is a seed stage startup founded by a frustrated family caregiver.

Nicole Christopher, Founder

Nicole Christopher helped care for both parents through the end of their lives. Her father had cancer and her mother had cancer and dementia. These experiences left a deep impression on the single mother and entrepreneur, especially the fact that there was not one place online where she could find everything she needed. She spent years researching all the stakeholders in caregiving for seniors, designing and testing websites and apps, looking at competitors, and mostly, talking to people. In talking to people – professional caregivers, family caregivers, doctors, home health care companies, hospital administrators, attorneys, discharge planners, and more – she discovered three main things:
  1. There are great resources, information, resource matchers, and support online.
  2. 99% of these are not designed to work together.
  3. No one solution is customizable for different caregiving situations.
She set out to create a new solution that would work for everyone, whether professional or family. Instead of family caregivers going online and in their community to surround their loved ones with professional and personal care, these resources, tools, information, and support can come to them. Businesses and healthcare companies who work with seniors can engage these care circles for the better outcomes and efficiency. This is the solution to addressing the Silver Tsunami.
